Who Is She?
Heather Dexter is a Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor, Certified Holistic Doula, Certified Usui Reiki Master Practitioner.
She is first and foremost the Mother of three All three babies entered this world in a peaceful, calm and loving environment. Their entrances into this world were smooth, natural and non-medicated. The labor discomforts were eased with relaxation techniques and supportive loved-ones. She was coached by her husband, and assisted by an incredible midwife and doulas. The birth experience was amazing. She wanted to share the support that was experienced in labor and birth by teaching other women how to have a joyous birth experience. She became an Affiliated Bradley Method Instructor in the spring of 2009. She really enjoys providing the thought provoking material pertinent to pregnancy, the childbirth process, and the postpartum experience.
She has assisted over 85 couples in Natural Childbirth Education. She has had the privilege of being invited to assist 60 couples in both the home birth and hospital birth settings as a doula and birth advocate.

Heather has been assisting clients in various aspects of health since 2009, but completed her N.D. in 2013.
